To be a high performing school you need to have high performing staff. As a school leader/ manager there are steps you can take to maintain a culture of strong performance, as well as deal with underperformance issues if they arise.
This online workshop will assist educational leaders to provide a structured and supportive environment to ensure the best possible outcome for both the teacher/ staff member aligned to the broader objectives of the school.

What goes wrong – common appraisal errors
The power of scheduled, recurring one-on-one meetings
Identifying positive performance – put the ‘praise’ back in ‘appraise’
Why don’t people do what they are supposed to do?!
Preparing for the meeting – the interview framework
Setting goal areas and agreeing upon the required performance
Writing key performance indicators
Building action plans and milestones
Providing the necessary follow-up action to support performance appraisal meetings
