To ensure students become successful learners and achieve excellent outcomes, it is essential that school leaders are properly equipped to have the maximum impact on teaching and learning.
This 3hr online workshop will support educational leaders to better understand and value their role in leadership development so that they become key enablers in leading their teams and students to perform at their best. Great school leaders develop strong relationships, inspire and challenge others, and manage difficult situations and conversations.
This online workshop will focus on the following outcomes:
Setting the scene – why do we follow the people we follow?
Harvard’s 6 Leadership Styles - the pros and cons of each
The difference between leaders and managers
The fatal flaws – what to avoid
Articulating values and beliefs and ‘walking the talk’
Inspiring a shared vision

His expertise is in supporting senior leaders and middle-management staff to develop the skills and confidence so that their teams can be more cohesive, engaged and more productive.
