This online workshop will cover the key aspects of observation skills for school leaders/ teachers. Our model can be effectively integrated with teacher accreditation, performance and development and appraisal programs. The course will focus on the following areas:

This course is presented by Glenn McLachlan: an innovative educational thought leader and qualified Coach with proven expertise in designing and implementing successful professional learning programs in schools across the world. He is deeply passionate about supporting educators by inspiring teams in schools to build a culture of collective efficacy for all teachers to have a positive impact on student achievement.

He is a dynamic workshop facilitator and engaging international keynote speaker, with over 20 years of coaching and leadership experience to understand the myriad challenges of teaching. He studied coaching at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and trained under Dr Jim Knight from the International Coaching Group. Outside of education, Glenn is also a professional AFL Coach at the Sydney Swans Academy.
