Use of this site
Professional Learning Institute Pty. Ltd. (PLi) is the owner and operator of this Site. Users of this Site (Users) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are subject to change at PLi’s sole discretion. Your use of and access to this Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, as they exist at that time.

Legality of Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in relation to content on this Site belongs to PLi. You obtain no interest in that intellectual property. All content on this Site is protected by Australian and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not do anything which interferes with or breaches those laws or the intellectual property rights in the content. All rights not expressly granted under these terms of use are reserved by PLi.

Workshops: Refunds, Changes and Cancellations
PLi reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements for workshops as stated in its program, either before or during the workshop and this may include cancelling or terminating a workshop. If you cancel a workshop outside the 28 day period, 100% of the course fee will be returned to you. If you cancel a workshop less than 28 days and a week before the course, a cancellation fee of 50% of the course fee plus GST will be applied. If you cancel within 7 days of the course date, you forfeit the full amount of the course fee. If you believe there were exceptional circumstances (e.g medical), please apply in writing to info@prolearning.edu.au stating your reasons.

All cancellatons, changes or refund requests by the participant must be requested in writing or by email to info@prolearning.edu.au

If you work at a school or organisation and don’t pay by credit card when registering for a workshop, the fee will be invoiced to your school or organisation you have indicated is your employer. A copy of the invoice will be sent to you and to the accounts department of the school or organisation. Details of the course registration will also be visible to the School Principal and/or company employers. If you elect to pay by credit card, only you will be sent the Tax Invoice however the school will still be able to view the course registration. Any refunds due to you will be made by EFT within 14 days of the notice of cancellation.

In the unusual event that a course is cancelled only the course registration fee will be refunded. PLi will not refund travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred in connection with the cancelled course. Registrants should bear this in mind when making travel arrangements.

All of PLi’s workshops, both online and on site, are facilitated in English. Asynchronous recordings of sessions are not available, nor is any recording permitted by participants.
